The shipping costs of every order are displayed in the shopping cart automatically during the ordering process, when the customer has logged in or created an account (for new customers). The shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight of the ordered products.
Shipments inside and outside of EU
AppieHein.com ships orders all over the world. Thanks to the high number of sales the shipping costs can be kept very reasonable.
On Fridays no orders are shipped out, to prevent orders from having to stay in a transfer platform during the weekend.
We will ship your order as soon as possible after receipt of payment. Within 10 working you will receive your package. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier service will contact you to make a new appointment.
Please note, for every order a 2 to 4 working days processing time applies. The delivery time is an indication, not a guarantee. Orders can incur an unexpected delay. Unfortunately this is out of our control.

For all shipments worldwide Appiehein.com works together with the Dutch postal service PostNL. Thanks to the high volume that Appiehein.com ships every year we have been able to negotiate very good shipping costs with PostNL.
Track & Trace PostNL
Appiehein.com uses PostNL for almost all of their orders. As soon as the the order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a unique barcode for the package. If you click on the link in the email you will be redirected to the website of PostNL. Via the Track & Trace system you are able to track your package. Occasionally delays occur in the last part of the shipping process. Unfortunately this is out of our control.
