1. Do I need to have an account to place an order?
Yes, to place an order you need to log in to your existing account or you need to create an account.
2. How do I create an account with Appiehein.com?
On the Appiehein.com homepage you will find the dropdown menu/button "Sign In". When you click on this button it will direct you to the screen where you can create a personal account by clicking on "create an account".
3. I forgot my password, how can I apply for a new one?
On the homepage you will find the button 'Sign In' in the top right corner. When you click on this button it will direct you to the screen where u can register with your personal details. Below the login field you will find "I forgot my password". When you click on this, you will be able to apply for a new password by filling in your e-mail address.
4. Is it possible to pick up my order myself?
This is not possible unfortunately.
5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We will send your order as soon as possible after receipt of your payment. It takes 2 to 4 days for every order to be processed. Within 5 days after shipping, you will receive the package at your home(Europe). When you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will contact you to make a new appointment.
6. How can I track my order?
When your order is ready for shipping you will receive an email with a track and trace code from us. This way you can track your package.
7. Can I cancel my order?
Only when your order has not yet been shipped, it is possible to cancel your order by contacting our customer service as soon as possible.
8. Can my order be delivered to a different address than the billing address?
It is possible to deliver an order to a different address than the billing address. You can indicate this in your order and in your account.
9. How do I know when to expect my package to arrive? When will my order be sent and delivered?
It takes 2 to 4 working days to process your order. The shipping time starts when the package is handed over to PostNL. At that moment you will receive an email with a track and trace code. This way you can track your order.
10. Can I return a package or products in the package?
You have the right to return a package or products without any explanation. To do this, you have to contact Appiehein.com via email within 7 working days after receiving your package. This does not apply to magzines and products with a short expiration date.
Please note: products need to be returned unused, not damaged, and in the original packaging. The costs for the return shipment are for the customer.
11. I live outside of the EU, are there any extra shipping costs i have to take into account?
Appiehein.com does not charge extra costs, but the rules and regulations for importing goods are different per country and change frequently. It is wise therefore to make an enquiry at your local customs office before placing your order at Appiehein.com
12. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Our shipping costs are very affordable worldwide.
13. Can i place an order as a private person?
Yes, as a private person you can place an order. We sell our products to companies as well as private people.
14. If I were to place a very large order, what shipping options do you offer?
If you wanted to place a large order, for a large gathering (like Dutch clubs, Dutch schools, community gatherings) or if you place an order together with other families, then we can also ship by truck. Please take into account that transport costs would be roughly € 120 per pallet (Europe) and in some cases there's also the possiblity of shipping frozen foods.
15. If I want to order something that is not on your website, what can you do for me?
In the event of something not being in our current list of products, please contact us to discuss the possibilities. We can place an order on many products, so do contact us if you are looking for something special.
16. Which payment options do I have?
You have the option to pay with Paypal, the Dutch payment system IDEAL and by bank transfer.
17. Can I order seasonal products (ie. for Easter, Sinterklaas or Christmas)?
About 4 to 8 weeks before certain holidays or festivities you will be able to find special offers for each festivity. To avoid dissapointment, we do advise you to place an order on time. Deliveries around the holiday period always take longer than the usual shipping time.
18. Is it still possible to order frozen foods?
Unfortunately we are not able to ship frozen foods. It has proven to hard to guarantee you the quality.
However we are working on other ways of shipping frozen foods in the future. So stay informed by following us on Facebook or in our newsletter.
19. Are my personal details safe with Appiehein.com?
The personal details that you give us are handled with the utmost care and confidentiality. We do not give any information to third parties, unless it is needed to complete an order. Your personal details can be viewed, edited or deleted at all times.
